  • Served as Deputy Administrator for Finance and Environment of the Federal Energy Administration;
  • Finance Advisory Board of the Environmental Protection Agency; White House staff assistant; and in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Served on joint program of the Environmental Law Institute on “The Circular Economy: Practical Commercial and Legal Considerations.
  • Served as chairman of the National Council for Public-Private Partnerships; Member of the Editorial Board of the Journal of Structured Finance.

Lecturer 2

  • Former Federal Environmental Executive in the White House Council on Environmental Quality, and therefore able to provide an informed perspective on the direction of the upcoming new administration.
  • Former Senior Vice President for Sustainability at Veolia North America, responsible for ensuring Circular Economy could be a practical business proposition.
  • Current advisory board member of the George Washington University Environmental and Energy Management Institute, in the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
