Victoria Lawrence

Background

Victoria serves as the Director of the EEMI Caribbean Program, which is focused on
assisting Caribbean nations in moving from fossil fueled sources of electric generation to
renewable sources such as solar and wind, as well as assisting those island nations in
adapting to sea level rise associated with global climate change.
